Professor Alastair works as Associate Dean External Relations for Faculty of Engineering and Informatics and lectures across all engineering disciplines and stages in which engineering mathematics is required. He leads internationalisation activity within the Faculty (partnerships, taught programmes, recruitment, etc.) and manages student exchange programmes for the School of Engineering.

Professor Alastair will illustrate some of what is required to lead a successful career in engineering in the UK and what you should consider to choose the right course and university.
He will be presenting a variety of industry-informed courses available at the University of Bradford and how the university has helped many overseas students gain fantastic work experience and jobs in the UK and internationally.
